1- Sales Executive Great Cairo

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Visit customers (high-end spas, hotels&resorts, beauty institutes and cosmetics retailers...) and perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Generate quotations in response to sales enquiries. Follow-up orders and payments.
- Deliver, comment and negotiate the quotations with the customer.

Skills

- Very good presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English. French and arabic are a plus.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Autonomous person.
- Knowledge of Excel, internet and email. Knowledge of MAC environment is a plus.

Is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

- Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare, manage and maintain the agenda.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Supervise the sales team and contact customers.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by Department Manager.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

He/she has graphic design skills, he/she is familiar with ADOBE CS3 (photoshop/illustrator) and has a knowledge of the luxury industry.

A previous experience is welcomed in fashion or cosmetics industry.
